OmniMapFree is available in various forms:
- OmniMapFree
- This is a minimal download which contains just the files you need to build your own genome map. Choose this if you want to build a new genome map from scratch.
Alternatively customized versions of OmniMapFree are available showing the partial or complete genome maps of several organisms. We are making these available here - they are plant pathogenic fungi that we are studying. We hope to make more available in time. If you have generated an OmniMapFree for an organism and want to share it - you can also make it available here!

- MgraMap
- The genome map for Mycosphaerella graminicola based on the sequence, gene call and annotation from JGI.

- The genome map for Neurospora crassa based on the sequence, gene call and annotation from Broad.
