OmniMapFree Downloads

This is a minimal download which contains just the files you need to build your own genome map. Choose this if you want to build a genome map from scratch. You will have to provide chromosomes or scaffolds or supercontigs, genes and optionally chromosome-fasta files for your own genome, as well as any other data files - see Design.

OmniMapFree can handle sequences up to 2 Gbases and can display up to 1000 rows (chromosomes + features) at a time.

The source code for this version of the OmniMapFree software is distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL(3) license.

The source code is not required if you only want to use OmniMapFree but is provided for developers if you want to examine or improve the code by adding new features. It was developed as a Delphi XE project so you will need Delphi XE in order to compile it to an executable file.
